If you say fruit, you have to say vegetables too. But with such a crunchy selection, it's not difficult. Whether it's underrated filling material like onions, carrots and zucchini, or avocado superfood, nothing stands in the way of the next ratatouille. Beetroot will do for now, it will make its appearance again next winter. What's still missing: eggplant, mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and spinach.
